The famous Copperhead “Gibson Edition” is the collaborative effort between the Copperhead Gin team in Belgium and renowned bartender Marian Beke (from the Gibson Bar in London). The Gibson Edition has an additional 13 new botanicals added to the original Copperhead Gin base, including allspice, bay leaf, cassia, dill seeds, fennel, ginger, mace and pepper. Serve with ice and a pickled garnish to finish off.
