Gulden Draak is a fine Belgian brewed beer that combines ripe raisins and plums, Belgian candy sugar and caramel malts with a hint of chocolate. Its fermentation is characterised with a wine yeast used for the secondary fermentation. This beer can be drunk as an aperitif or also goes well as a dessert beer in combination with dark chocolate.
